What woman does not want to have the ideal body, slim like a model? Surely most women will tell you "crave" the ideal body. Ideal body is often a dream of many women who was less "fertile" (a term that much sweeter for obese and large). - Increase physical activity such as more frequent up and down the stairs from the elevator, washing clothes, walking, house cleaning, and other general activities.

- Morning: Breakfast with fruit or cereal. Never leave the breakfast time.
